3C’s Coaches Complete Disability Inclusive Football Programme

We’re proud to share that back in April, 13 of our dedicated managers and coaches at 3C’s successfully completed the Disability Inclusive Football Programme delivered by Activity Alliance.

This valuable training equipped our team with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to coach children with a wide range of disabilities – including hidden disabilities, learning difficulties, and physical impairments. The programme focused on creating an inclusive, safe, and supportive environment where every child can enjoy football, feel welcome, and thrive both on and off the pitch.

At 3C’s, inclusivity is at the heart of what we do. We’re committed to ensuring that football is accessible for every young person in our community, and this training marks another important step toward that goal.

We’d like to thank Activity Alliance for delivering such an insightful and impactful programme – and a huge well done to all our coaches who took part!
